These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Edgelink (Pty) Ltd ("Edgelink", "we", "us"), a registered Internet Service Provider operating under ICASA License Number 3293/CECS/MAR/2026. By subscribing to or using any Edgelink service, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these terms.
Edgelink provides Internet Access Services, Remote Hands technical support, and Hardware as a Service (HaaS) within the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area, Gauteng, South Africa. Service availability is subject to network infrastructure coverage.
Customers may not use Edgelink services for:
Edgelink targets 99.9% network availability measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows (communicated 48 hours in advance) and circumstances beyond Edgelink's reasonable control (force majeure).
Edgelink's total liability to any Customer shall not exceed the value of fees paid in the preceding 3 months. Edgelink is not liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses arising from service interruptions.
Any equipment provided under a HaaS subscription remains the property of Edgelink throughout the subscription period. The Customer is responsible for reasonable care of equipment and will be liable for damage caused by misuse or negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Electronic Communications Act, Consumer Protection Act and Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
Edgelink reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
